I graduated with First Class Honours in Medical Physiology at the University of Leicester before completing my medical degree at the University of Sheffield. This grounding in physiology and clinical care underpins my evidence-based approach to skin health education. Postgraduate training in General Practice has further broadened my clinical expertise, shaping my science-led, patient-centred approach to skin health education.

Special Interests

Having struggled with acne myself, I understand how overwhelming skincare can feel. While exploring evidence-based treatments for my own skin, I developed a deep interest in skin science and how active ingredients work at a cellular level. This passion led me to complete a Combined Level 7 Diploma in Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Cosmetic Dermatology at Harley Academy, giving me advanced knowledge to guide others towards safe, effective treatments.

Research & Academic Contributions

Alongside my clinical work, education has always been a priority. This includes mentoring aspiring medics, working as a Clinical Education Fellow, and serving as an Associate Lecturer. Beyond teaching, I’ve published research and presented at national conferences, focusing on improving education and awareness of dermatological conditions in skin of colour. This recent work has been featured at the Royal Society of Medicine Aesthetics Congress and published in the Aesthetic Journal (one of the UK's leading industry publications.)
